The detached and attached three and four bedroom homes in this boutique community have been designed and positioned to maximize the amount of living space and provide the best views of the surrounding mountains, golf course and ocean. This neighbourhood is quiet and private with only 17 residences within the gated community. Every home is exquisitely appointed and boasts its own private pool and spa. All our homes are stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay: cookware, linens, towels beach gear, bikes and more.
Staying at The Residences of Laule’a gives you access to all of the Mauna Lani Resort’s various amenities. The Laule’a community is a 10 minute walk from the Mauna Lani Home Owners Private Beach Club and access is provided for guests staying at Laule’a. This exclusive white-sand beach has some of the best snorkeling in this area and with it being inset into the cove the waters stay calm and clear. Enjoy use of the cabanas and lounge chairs on the beach. The beachside Napua restaurant and bar is an excellent and convenient spot to grab a delicious treat or drink while you’re at the beach. There are change rooms and restrooms right next to the beach as well. You can also enjoy various activities hosted by the Mauna Lani Resort like beach yoga or scuba lessons! This beach is one of several within the resort, and there are even more in the surrounding area of the Kohala Coast.
